Our Policies
CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling appointments. If it’s LESS than 48 hours, your card on file WILL BE CHARGED 50% of scheduled services. NO CALL NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you book 2 services but decide at appointment time you only want 1 you will have to pay 50% of that service as you blocked out your specialist time to be able to book someone else.
LATE POLICY
ANY client arrivng 10 minutes past the original appointment time will result in an automatic NO SHOW, Which is 100% of the service.
